We have storytimes for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and families throughout the Arapahoe Library District.

Exotic Cats

See two unusual domestic cats close-up and learn about the lives of these extraordinary pets.

Doggie Tales introduces children to a four-legged friend. Tails wag as tales are told, and each child practices his or her reading skills with a new friend who loves a good story and won't interrupt or criticize. The Arapahoe Library District teams with Have Paws Will Travel, the Guide Dog Puppy Raising Club of Arapahoe County, to build self-esteem and reading skills in our youth. Ages 6 - 10.

Hear a story read by a raptor puppet. Then see a real raptor and learn what makes these birds of prey so special.

Crazy Creations: LEGO Bricks

Kids are invited to create a Lego masterpiece in 60 minutes or less using only the blocks they are given at the beginning of the program.

Zuri the Porcupine

Meet Zuri the Porcupine from the Denver Aquarium. She has been trained to teach kids about how animals everywhere depend on water. She also is quite the artist and paints.

Nursery Rhyme Garden
